MES is a non-profit organization that covers its running costs primarily through parental tuition fees.

Also, MES annually receives subsidies from the Moscow budget to reimburse expenses on preschool and general education to Moscow citizens.

Tuition fees are set annually by the MES Board when approving the school's budget for the next calendar year. The tuition fee does not include reimbursement of the costs of the subsidies provided by the Moscow government (students registered outside the city of Moscow additionally pay the annual standard for subsidies established for the corresponding year).

The cost of training is set by the MES Board.
Tuition fees for the next academic year are published no later than May, 31 of the previous year.
