Examen de español como lengua extranjera - DELE
May 24, 2021
On Friday, May 21st, students from two campuses took the DELE International examinations in Spanish language.
This was a fascinating adventure since this year students sat the examination in two different places. At first, our students completed the written activities at the Moscow State University (Moscow State Linguistic University), since the Cervantes Institute could not accept such a large number of students during the pandemic. Then the students went to take the "speaking part" at the Cervantes Institute.
This year, students in grades 6-10 sat the DELE A1 Escolar and DELE A2-B1 Escolar exams. The DELE Diploma in Spanish is an official document recognizing the level of knowledge and proficiency in Spanish, which is issued by the Cervantes Institute on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of Spain.
Let's find out what impressions our kids have:
«The exam was easy enough, and I hope I did it well!» Nicole M. (6th grade)
«This is a great opportunity to evaluate your knowledge and understand what else to work on» Matvey M. (7th grade)
«The most difficult parts were listening and speaking. I chose to speak about sports and leisure. I understood that It’s important to practise and speak in Spanish befor taking this examination» Alexey R. (6th grade)
«The examinators were very kind, they tried to calm down those who were nervous. I got a very good girl on the oral part and I think that this helped me to calm. The first three parts were not very difficult. In general, I really liked it. Don't be afraid to take the examination!» Anna A. (7th grade)
