The Moscow Giraffe’s Sports School 2021 football season has come to the end.

Although we were unable to participate in competitions, tournaments and friendlies against other teams outside of school, we were still able to take a lot of positives out of this years season.

During practice, our students constantly changed teams, which helped them develop their teamplay skills and help develop a more cohesive all-around team.

The season ended for pre-school and PYP during the May football holidays.

Our young footballers performed tasks in accordance with their age and level of preparedness. Each drill was done in a playful way so that each student not only learned but also enjoyed the process. They demonstrated ball handling skills, as well as their technique and team play. Everyone enjoyed playing on the team of one of our coaches: Alexey Sevostyanov, Alexander Shadrin and Dmitry Fayzullin. At the end, each student received a prize, as well as words of support and best wishes for the future.

We are looking forward to our next season where we will once again meet old and new friends and feel those emotions that only sports can give us.
