Stelyagi Congratulate All The Mothers!
March 11, 2021 On March 4, 2021, the pre-school at MES «Presnya» campus held their concert, which was dedicated to family values. The main idea of the show was about what to give to our loved ones.
The show was very exciting, and perfectly captured the children’s enthusiasm as they sang songs, danced, recited poems and performed skits.
The show opened with our young director, Nazar, inviting the class to go back in time and make a movie. This was followed by "Who Are Stelyagi?” and the bright and colorful “Potpourri Dance”. The assistant director then used the clapperboard to announce the following scenes: “The Greatest Mother”, “Dedicated to the Girls”, “To Our Dear Papas”, “Grandpa and Grandma Are the Most Important”, and “All Together”. During the comedy scenes, “Three Mamas”, “A Two Again”, “Old Grandmothers”, and the “Fashionistas” dance, the audience could not hold back their laughter. The show ended with the entire class singing the Beatles’ “All together”, which was accompanied by flutists and guitarists.
Here is what our pre-school students thought about the concert:
Polina A: I liked dancing the “Fashionistas” dance as well as the scene “Grandmother”
Kira T: I enjoyed the part where I was the assistant director in the scene “A Two Again!”
Milana N: My favorite parts of the concert were our “Potpourri” dance and the scene “Three Mothers”.
Timofey L: It was fun to watch Mark play a student because he was really funny.
Slava K: I liked how Polina read her poem about family.
Kirill: I liked how we danced, the poems we recited together, and the English song we sang.
